I am Renee and welcome to my “safe space”! My passion for this work grew from my own experiences.

Sixteen years ago I married my childhood best friend and we made three humans, now teenagers and pre-teen. We went through a lot starting our family and during the early years of our marriage.

Looking back, those experiences didn’t sit well with me. By the time we had our last baby, I was able to identify trauma and it felt like we had been swooped through a massive machine without having any control.

As a Birth Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I am here to serve, advocate, and provoke thought! My philosophy is that the start of a family should be filled with intention, respect, and kindness.
